Obituary of Lloyd John Clements

Passed peacefully away on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at the Health Sciences Centre with his family by his side. Lloyd John Clements of Labrador City. Predeceased by his parents Samuel and Agnes Clements (Grand Bank); parents-in-law Vernon and Hazel Howse (Glovertown); brother-in-law Wallace Bungay. Leaving to mourn his wife Donna of 53 years; son Peter; daughter Dawn (Jamie); three grandchildren Kyle, Cole and Samantha as well as many other family, friends and special mention to nephew Clyde; sisters and brothers Effie (Peter) Parsons; George (Bernice), Max (Stella), Jean (Sam) Hillier and Suzanne Bungay. Lloyd was an active volunteer and really enjoyed the outdoors especially his walks. Labrador was a place he really loved and was really much loved there. Friends may visit Temple's Funeral Home from 7:00-9:00 pm on Wednesday, October 11, 2023. Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, October 12th, 2023, at the Carol United Church in Labrador City. Funeral Service will be live streamed from Temple's Funeral Home facebook page. In lieu of flowers, donaitons can be made to the Carol United Church or a charity of your choosing. “Like the Northern Light we know you will keep shining on us.”
