Obituary of Pleman Rice

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Pleman Rice announce his passing on December 15th, 2022 at the Labrador West Health Center at the age of 83 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife of 53 years, Laura; children David (Kimberly), Derwin (Lisa), Pleaman (Ethel); grandchildren Toni (Gerry), Nathan, Mckayla, Brittany (Daniel), Amber (Brandon), Cole, Lisa (Tom), Andrew; great-grandchildren Kohen, Kaelyn, Anderson, Dawson, Blaine, Leah, Bentley, Elsie Mae & Brooklyn; brothers Ernest and Bart; sister Joan; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Pleman was predeceased by his parents Cyril & Winifred Rice; son Tony; brothers Albert, Wilfred & Gordon; and sister Anita. The family would like to send special thanks to Dr. Tom Costello and all the Doctors and Nurses at the Labrador West Health Center and the staff of Temple’s Funeral Home. Also, a thank you to all the family and friends who helped during this difficult time. The family will be having a service of remembrance for Pleman in the coming weeks.
