Obituary of Colin Samuel Curl

January 21, 1969 - March 7, 2024 It is with deep sorrow and much love that we, the family of the late Colin Samuel Curl, announce his peaceful passing at the Labrador West Health Center on March 7, 2024, at the age of 55 years. Leaving to mourn his common-law spouse, Julie; his mother, Rhoda Curl; his stepfather, George Davis; his three sisters, Connie, Sheila, Carla; his three sons, Curtis, Jeremy, Mitchell; as well as his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Colin was predeceased by his father Howard McLean. Colin, who many knew as "Sonny", loved life. There wasn’t a thing he couldn't do, if there was, he would find a way to get it done. Colin sang and played guitar, he did both beautifully and from the heart. His smiles, silly jokes and his infectious laugh will live on in all of us that knew him. Colin had done so much in just his 55 years, and he wanted to do so much more. Celebration of life service will be held on August 30th, 2024, at St. Paul's Anglican Church in Labrador City. "In the hearts of those that loved you, you will live forever!"
