Obituary of Sharon Anne Manning

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Sharon Manning announce her passing on April 22, 2024, at the Health Science Center in St. John's NL at the age of 56. Sharon passed away suddenly at the health science in St Johns with her mother and sister by her side. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her parents Gerald and Daphne Manning; brother Paul; sisters Michelle and Karen; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She will be especially missed by nephew Kyle who shared a special bond with Sharon. Sharon had such a love of life, laughter, and she loved to dance. She loved special Olympics and the friends she met there. She touched the hearts of everyone she met and was inspirational, kind, and caring. Love for people, life. She enjoyed going out for a nice breakfast or lunch and enjoyed the sweets. She loved to watch DR shows, Janeway telethons and old video of her nephew playing hockey. She had the most amazing mother daughter relationship one could ever hope for. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers, your kind words, and shared memories. Funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday April 29, 2024, at the Roman Catholic Church in Labrador City with Father Joy officiating. The funeral service will be live streamed from Temple's Funeral Home Facebook page. As expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Special Olympics in Sharon's Memory.
