Obituary of Brayden Matthew James King

Brayden M. J. King, born July 19, 2002, in Labrador City, NL, passed suddenly at the age of 21, on April 26 th , 2024. He is predeceased by his Grandmother, Helen White, and Grandfather, Albert Noel. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, his parents, Robin Candow and Cheryl King, younger brother Lucas King-Candow, Great Aunt Kathy and Great Uncle Jim Bennett, grandparents, Robert (Bob) and Beverly Candow. Great grandparents, Albert and Bessie Noel, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Brayden was a bright soul with a kind heart who loved his family and had a passion for sports, both playing and watching. Especially the Colorado Avalanche and Lab West Lakers. He played for the Lakers for 11 years, and made many great friendships along the way. His hard work and determination won him many awards in addition to lots of respect from his teammates, coaches, and parents. Brayden was looking to the future and making plans. Our boy had big dreams. Funeral service will be held at 2pm on Friday May 10 2024 at the Roman Catholic Church in Labrador City. The service will be live streamed from Temple's Funeral Home facebook page.
