Obituary of Leslie Parsons

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Leslie Parsons announce his passing on January 5th, 2023 at HSC St. John’s, at the age of 78, with his two brothers, Willis and Russell Parsons, wife Pauline and daughter Lisa, by his side. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his beloved wife of 56 years, Pauline; daughter Lisa(Earl) McGrath; granddaughter Mira; brothers Willis(Janet) Parsons and Russell(Maureen) Parsons; sister-in-law Ruby Parsons; brothers-in-law Hubert(Audrey) Butt, Ray(Karen) Butt, Art(Virginia) Butt, David Butt and sister-in-law Joyce(Dave) Hubbard . Leslie was predeceased by daughter Paula; parents Selby and Marjorie; brothers Bill and Jim; sister Leah(Crane); mother-in-law Mary Butt, Father-in-law Silas Butt; brothers-in-law John Crane, Graham Butt; sisters-in-law Drucella Parsons, Myrtle Parsons, Lorna Parsons, Joan Butt(Albert King) and Mae butt . Friends may visit at Temple's Funeral Home on Monday, January 16th 2023 from 6:00-8:00p.m. Thank you to the nurses and staff at the Labrador West Health Center, nurses and staff at HSC - ICU. Sincere thank you to Paul & Cheryl Davis, Keith Parsons, Noreen Taylor, Craig & Paulette McGrath, Willis & Russell Parsons for the reassurance. Special thank you to Fabian, Tish, Kassandra and Molly (my therapy puppy), for all your help and kindness during our stay in St. John’s, you made the most difficult time , a little more bearable.
