It’s with great sadness that we learned of Bill passing, it was only last week when we were in Petty Harbour that made me think of Bill and how he was doing. We sent him a quick message and he remained optimistic till the end. He was a good man with lots of advice and good laughs shared by us both. Rest easy Bill and all the best to the family.

It is so sad to hear of Billy’s passing. I have very dear memories of Billy when he arrived in Lab City at the young age of 13. We became great friends but it was soon after I left Labrador for the Goulds. We stayed connected over the years and I had a wonderful visit with him and Clyde when they dropped by my home on their motorbikes. Billy will truly be missed.
