I met Ethan a few years ago when he was staying with his Aunt Cass and Uncle Tom. I live next door to them, still do. Being a Newfie to, we hit it right off. What a smart and polite young man, always had a smile on his face. No matter what time or what day but as soon as I opened my garage door he'd be waiting to see what car we'd be working on. Always willing to give a had and to get his hands full of grease. When I heard about Ethans passing, I was in shock. I will definitely miss you my friend, till we meet again. Keep smiling, Thoughts and prayers for his family and friends

Sadly there’s not many photos to showcase the knowledge passed on by Ethan to me during our short time in RCACC 2977. RCACC 2977 is a family and always will be, my heart goes out to all family and friends of his and a special thanks to him for adding just enough fun and knowledge to my cadet career

Ethan was my senior in my first year, and I have so many good memories of him. He was there my first and only overnight FTX, I will miss him.

Ethan and I met in the cadet program back in 2016. Through the years we went to FTX’s, did band, and spent many nights at the legion and scout lodge together. The corps was like a family that supported one another. Ethan was a remarkable person and cadet. Someone we could look up to within the program.
I shared a few pictures from our time in cadets and the one I took of Ethan at our one last FTX together
Rest easy Ethan

I first met Ethan through the cadet program when we were both 12 years old. We remained good friends ever since. We both shared a love for the outdoors, we went on many hunting trips together.
The image I have attached was taken on one of those trips. It was a beautiful day, we had gotten a few ptarmigan by this time, including two which Ethan had hit in flight with a single shot. He was a remarkable shot, all throughout the cadet program I could never match his groupings, non of us could. I’ll always remember him by this photo.
(The second photo I decided to add was from taken in our barracks during a summer in CTC Argonaut)

Ethan was one of our best and brightest at the corps. I’ve trained a few cadets by now, but Ethan will remain one of the best I have ever trained, as well as being a pleasure to have as an officer alongside me to train the next generation of cadets. Condolences to his family and friends.
