To my dear mother Elizabeth, husband Ken, Uncles Will, Alex and Denis and all of Uncle Dave’s family please accept my deepest condolences.
Although, I did not have the privilege of knowing Uncle Dave well I have had the privilege of hearing many beautiful stories of his life. His dedication to the family business was inspiring and we could all learn a great lesson from his legacy of hard work. My children; Lucas, Joel and Maria have many fond memories of visiting Port Hope and their almost daily visits to his store to purchase sweets or to pickup a grocery item for their Nan.
Uncle Dave is now called to be reunited with Nan and Pop Parr and to the beautiful stars and heavens above where indeed a well deserved rest and peace are awaiting him!
